How do I register for BikePark?
You can submit an application to register as a BikePark user through our website registration page. This will enable us to enter your details into our database and have your access card ready for collection. This will speed up the process when you use BikePark for the first time.
Alternatively you can register at the BikePark reception desk.
Why am I required to provide two forms of personal identification when registering to use your services?
We want to ensure that our facilities are secure. We take our duty of care for BikePark member safety very seriously. Therefore we ask to verify every prospective user’s bona fide details when they first register. That may be the one and only time that we will need to check your personal identification.
What types of personal identification are acceptable?
We ask that you present two forms of personal identification. One of these should show a photo and your signature. Therefore a driver’s license or a passport is ideal. Thereafter a cycling club membership, CSV race license, credit card, debit card, student ID card and corporate ID card are acceptable as secondary forms of identification.

However, we will need to sight two types of identification before we will provide you with your security access smart card on your first use of BikePark.
Is a deposit required against the BikePark smart card?
Yes, a fully refundable deposit of $25.00 is necessary to obtain the BikePark smart card. If you wish to terminate your registration at any time, we will return this deposit in full when you return your BikePark smart card. The deposit is to cover the cost of replacing the radio frequency identification device (RFID) smart card.
