What is Casual Day Use and what will this cost?

You must be a registered user to access the BikePark facility. However, you may choose only to use the facility on a casual pay-as-you-go basis. There are no obligations or term agreements for casual use. You simply pay for the use of each amenity service item, as you require. This option gives you the most choice. Casual bike parking costs only $6.00 per day. You can view our charges on the Membership page. If you use BikePark everyday, it may cost you considerably less to subscribe to a Term Membership.

What is a Term Membership?

Term Memberships are available on a monthly basis. You can view the full list of charges on the Membership page. A  Term Membership requires that you give an undertaking to use BikePark services for the duration of the agreement. Term Membership gives you greater benefits including regular bike cleaning, safety assessments and discounted bike service available only to Members. Term Memberships are cumulative.

You can start with a 1-Month Term Membership and simply roll it over.  We immediately reward you with all the benefits of a 3-Month membership when you have paid for your third term period. You can also sign up for a longer Term Membership and receive the benefits to be used immediately.

Can I transfer my Term Membership if I do not use it?

Yes, you may formally transfer your membership to another registered user. There will be a $50.00 Membership Transfer Fee. We will cancel your Term Membership and create a new membership for the other person.

Can I suspend my Term Membership?

Yes, you can suspend your membership for up to 4 weeks at a time with no loss of benefits. There is a charge of $15.00 per week if you wish to retain your personal locker. We will try our best to allow you to retain your bicycle rack position but this cannot be guaranteed.

What is the cost of Term Membership?

Term Membership costs $7 per calendar day. BikePark offers service discounts on Term Memberships. You can view the full list of charges on the Membership page.

You receive BikePark service discounts based on the length of your nominated Term Membership. On a 12-Month Term Membership, service discounts and free weeks could save you 20%.  BikePark Gift Vouchers can be used by you or your family or friends.

We trust your commitment, so if you nominate for a term agreement, you will receive these service discount vouchers when you have completed your registration. You can take advantage of your discounts immediately. You will be invoiced bi-monthly

If you choose a 1-Month term, you can also choose to roll over your Term Membership each month. You will automatically receive any applicable discount vouchers when you complete the eligible cycles..

Can I change my type of membership?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership type at any time. For example, if you have a 1-Month Term Membership, you can request an upgrade to a 3-Month membership. In the same way, you can choose to downgrade your membership provided you have not already used the discount vouchers. If you have used the discount vouchers, you will be charged the full retail value of these discounted services plus a $50.00 administration fee.

If you wish to downgrade your membership, we will cancel you existing agreement and establish a new agreement.

Can I cancel my Term Membership?

Yes you can cancel your Term Membership at any time. You will be billed up to the next billing cycle and you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. You may also be required to pay full price for any service discounts that you had used but are not entitled to because you had shortened your Term Membership contract.

Can I organise a Company membership?

Yes, you can arrange for a Company membership for one or more staff members. In this case, BikePark can allocate all user charges to the Company account or only membership charges excluding sundry and miscellaneous items.  BikePark is able to create a corporate package for 5 or more members giving them fantastic price deals.

Can I set up a family membership?

Yes, you can arrange for a family membership for one or more family members. In this case, BikePark can allocate all user charges to the primary family account.
